Our Own in Oakland

One of our favorite non-profit organizations in the whole nation is Our Own. We have been working with them since early 2020, and even during a pandemic they have continued to provide for their community.

Since the end of the pandemic, they have been creating wellness spaces in schools to better help the students achieve their goals + have a unique space to just “be”. Not only do they create these spaces, they are hand crafted, detailed beautiful works of art. Which brings us to Oakland..

Last month, Our Own opened their two new spaces for McClymonds High School in Oakland, CA. One space is a gaming center and the other is a design studio. We captured both of these beautiful spaces and you can view some of their work below..
